CSV File Import
ACH File Pro enables you to create PPD or CCD batches  by  importing a csv file.

The CSV file must contain the following columns in the first row.

  • RDFI - 8 or 9 digit RDFI routing number.
  • Account - RDFI account number
  • Type - (Checking, Savings, GeneralLedger)
  • Amount - Positive or Negative amount. (debits are negative while credits are positive).
  • Name - Individual or Company name.
  • ID - Individual or Company identification
